At Lunara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lunaracandles.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
